Amenities

We have a heated pool and hot tub, typically open from Memorial Day through Labor Day. There are walking trails and yard games for interests of all kinds. For more information see the ”Things to Do” tab.

Boat Rental & Golf Cart Rental:

You can bring your own boat or you can rent one from us. We have a pontoon, a 3 person Alumacraft and a 4 person Tracker fishing boat.

Knees not as good as they used to be?  We also have a couple of golf carts for rent to help you navigate the terrain.  Check out rates on the golf cart and boat rental page.

The Broken Paddle Boat House:

We have converted the old boat house into a gathering area for guests. Located next to the boat launch it is a great place to gather and watch boaters come in and catch the latest fishing news.

Some weeks you will find it being used for movie night, karaoke, family games or resort gatherings.

Cabins:

Each cabin has its’ own private fire pit, a few outdoor chairs and a charcoal grill. The bedrooms are furnished with bed linens and pillows. The kitchens have a stove/oven, refrigerator, dishes, silverware, pots & pans, coffee pot, toaster, microwave, blender, crock pot and griddle. We also provide recycling container, garbage bags, pot holders, a dishcloth and dishtowel, dish soap, an all-purpose cleaner and coffee filters. The bathrooms all have a shower and we supply toilet paper and hand soap.

Cabin #’s 1, 2, 4 & 5 have dishwashers.

All Cabins have free Wi-Fi access – we are in the country, so we do not have access to the speeds & connectivity you have in the city.

At the Office:

We have T-shirts, sweatshirts, and other misc. gifts/souvenirs. You can buy a bundle of wood, bag of ice, a pizza or have an ice cream treat.

On the grounds:

We have shuffleboard and bean bag toss and other yard games for you to enjoy.

We also have free use of kayaks, the canoe and paddleboats.
